Shipping Rates for the United States

Preparation for shipping normally takes 1-2 days after payment. The transportation may take 5-8 or 10-15 days and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Delivery dates are estimates and do not guarantee a time of delivery.  Carrier delays may impact delivery time. US Standard Shipping is 10-15 days, and Express Shipping is 5-8 days . Prices vary based on weight/dimensions of items in your cart.

At this time Rubiecostumes.com can only ship to 52 of the 67 United States and the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship orders to the states of Hawaii and Alaska. 

We are unable to ship orders to any US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. 

We are now proving Free Shipping for orders over $40. Customer can use the code SHIP40 to redeem.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO Box shipping address when you place your order. Rubiecostumes.com is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed.  Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout.  Rubiecostumes.com is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure you plan accordingly.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation will be sent, which will include a tracking number.  If you do not see your order tracking email information, please check your junk or spam folders.
